Two other companies tried to sell me hundreds to thousands of dollars of repairs or replacement of my 16 year old AC. When suddenly my system did not cool when it got hotter in the afternoons I was concerned, and the company I had a conract with could not come out for a week. I reached another highly rated company who did show up and quoted me options anywhere from $1500 with no guarantee the repair would last, to $16K! I know this did not make sense. I posted on a neighborhood site and saw great feedback for Coastal Comfort. I had a GREAT experience. The owner came out the same day and $200 later I have a working AC system! Coastal Comfort has my loyalty. No upsell, no push for costly replacements or repairs, and if I did have to replace their cost was THOUSANDS less that othe quotes I had. If you want a friendly, honest, knowledgeable, family owned company stay away from the large corporate companies that will upsell and don't really care. I could not be happier. THANK YOU COASTAL COMFORT!! The best $200 I ever spent. I wish I could give them 10 stars

Trevor was absolutely amazing. He listened to our issue and immediately knew that our problem was not a repair issue but a configuration issue with our system. He talked is through the configuration and cleared our issue within five minutes. Brilliant service have added him as our only HVAC repair service for the future.

Great experience with Coastal Comfort, they were extremely good at communicating timing, appointment, scheduling, location of their crew, and when the job was finished. Crew was very professional and respectful and went above and beyond to keep the house clean while they worked.
